Shipping Policy

Our standard shipping time is 5-7 business days (Monday - Friday). Please keep in mind if a National Holiday falls on a weekday our offices will be closed and orders will ship out the following business day.

We offer free shipping in the U.S. on orders over $75. If your order is under $75, we simply pass the shipping rate we have onto you! 

We cannot be responsible for what happens to shipments once they leave our facility. Those shipments then become the responsibility of the carrier and the customer. We pass the items off to a third party logistics carrier (example DHL, USPS, UPS). We can't be accountable for the mistakes or errors of a third-party.

For this reason, we offer shipping insurance at checkout. This will help to cover any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If any of those things occur, the insurance will be able to either refund you or place a new order on your behalf. Note: If your address is entered incorrectly at checkout we will do everything we can to help locate your package however, we cannot guarantee a replacement.

If shipping insurance is opted out of, we, unfortunately, can't do anything to further assist you.

Expedited Shipping

Due to the global pandemic, UPS suspended its delivery service guarantee on most of their shipping label services. Though the effects of the pandemic have considerably lessened, UPS has only reinstated their service guarantee on the Next Day Air packages. Due to this policy we are not able to ensure that expedited orders will arrive on time and are unable to provide refunds.
