Refund Policy

Refund policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 30 days has lapsed you are no longer eligible for a refund. 

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

- Product must be unopened
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be unused
- Product must not be damaged

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected after they arrive at our location, and a refund will be processed. Refunds may take 5-7 days for complete processing. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.

We will provide a return shipping label to help ensure your product makes it back to our office. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund amount once it is received.
Returns can be mailed to: Mach One Golf Ball, LLC, 511 South Harbor Blvd., Unit S, La Habra, CA 90631. Any shipping and shipping insurance costs associated with the original purchase are considered your responsibility. We will not refund the shipping and shipping insurance costs. 
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

Return to Sender
Items returned to us with a “Return to Sender” notice will be treated as a return. Items are returned automatically when the shipping company encounters an inaccurate address, insufficient information for the address, an old address that has not been updated, and when recipient fails to pick up the item after several delivery attempts

These items are treated as a return and the original purchase price will be refunded. We will not refund any shipping or shipping insurance costs.

Product Performance
We stand by our product and our goal is that you have a good experience every-time you hit a SHOCK'D Golf Ball. If you have an issue with your product you must email us within 30 days of your purchase with a detailed description, photos of the product as well as the product in hand should we request a return. We will asses based on the information received if a replacement order will be sent out.
