Cancellation Policy
Once an order is completed on our website, we cannot guarantee cancellation. However, we will do everything possible to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
- Before Processing: Contact us immediately at info@shockdgolfballs.com to request cancellation. If eligible, a full refund will be issued.
- After Processing: Cancellations may not be possible, but you can refer to our Return Policy below for post-delivery options.
- Custom Orders: Personalized items cannot be canceled once production begins.

Refund Policy
Our refund policy is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you wish to return a product during this period, you may do so, provided the conditions below are met. Refunds will not be processed for returns initiated beyond the 30-day period.
Refund Requirements
To qualify for a refund, the following criteria must be met:

- The product must be in its original packaging.
- The product must be unused and undamaged.
Returns are inspected upon arrival at our facility. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection. If the product does not meet the stated criteria, we reserve the right to decline the refund.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a refund. Refunds cannot be issued without proof of purchase.

- Shipping Fee: A $4.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

- Ensure the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. Damaged or used items may result in a denied refund.
Return to Sender
Items returned to us as “Return to Sender” will be processed as standard returns. This typically occurs when:
- The address provided is incorrect or incomplete.
- The recipient fails to pick up the package after delivery attempts.
The original purchase price of the item will be refunded, minus the $4.99 return fee. Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.

Holiday Returns
For purchases made during the holiday season, we offer extended return eligibility. Holiday returns must be initiated by January 31st, 2025. All standard return conditions apply, including the $4.99 return fee.
