Standard Shipping

  • Orders are typically shipped within 5-7 business days (Monday - Friday).
  • If a National Holiday falls on a weekday, our offices will be closed, and orders will ship out on the following business day.
  • We offer free shipping in the U.S. for orders over $75. For orders under $75, shipping costs are passed along at our carrier rates.

Important Note:
Once a shipment leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier and the customer. While we carefully prepare and hand off your order to third-party logistics providers (e.g., DHL, USPS, UPS), we cannot be held responsible for delays, lost packages, or other carrier-related issues.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Please note:

  • We strive to ensure expedited orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
  • Delivery times for expedited orders are not guaranteed. External factors, including weather conditions or carrier delays, may impact shipment timelines.
